Item Availability

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that every product on our website coincides with our inventory. Should we be out of stock of an item you are attempting to purchase, contact us and we will provide information on possible future availability or alternatives. In most cases we will be able to acquire the item and ship in approximately 7-10 days. Don’t hesitate to call. Our staff is knowledgeable and eager to help.

Ordering

All orders placed from Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM will be shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed on either Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday.

Should you have a special order request for an item not shown on our site please contact us either by email or phone and it is quite possible that we may be able to obtain the item for you or advise as to where you may find it.

Returns and Exchanges

We will accept returns within 21 days of the receipt of your purchase. We will not accept return of goods that have been worn, washed altered in any way or do not have the original tags and packaging (if applicable). Shipping fees will not be refunded and you will be charged for all other fees incurred. All returns must have a return authorization number which we will provide upon request. This number must be visible on the outside of the package. Any items purchased at a sale or discounted price will be considered final sale and will not be eligible for return or exchange.

We suggest that returns be shipped via a service providing a tracking number and insurance as we will not be responsible for lost return shipments. Return requests should be made at aaron@fadedsoul.com

Shipping

Free domestic ground shipping on all orders over $100.00 to Canada and the US. All delivery dates are estimates of Canada Post and are approximate. In most cases these dates will be accurate, however there may be exceptions. We do make every reasonable effort to deliver within the estimated dates stated and therefore cannot be responsible for delivery delays beyond our control.

• Priority Shipping -- 1 to 2 days

• Expedited Shipping - 5 to10 days ($29.95)
• Priority Shippng -- 3 to 5 days

International Shipping:

Express Shipping - $59.95

Priority Shipping - $99.95
